Deliciously cute tutu! Full and feminine, I can't wait to dress my daughter is this flouncy confection. At the till, the owner kindly surveyed the piece to ensure it was perfect. Sure enough, there was a small tear in the tulle and she grabbed a new one in the bag from the back. Glad she caught the imperfection.
