Why Have You Paused Shipping to the United States?

Due to recent changes in U.S. regulations, including a shift in the de minimis rule, which allowed imports valued at $800 or less to enter the U.S. from Canada duty-free, and the introduction of very high tariffs based on country of origin, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to pause shipping to the U.S.

These changes could result in significantly higher costs for our customers — in some cases, additional charges of 35% to 150%, depending on the product. We’re taking time to carefully navigate this evolving trade environment to ensure we can provide the best experience without passing on unreasonable costs to you.
