General Shipping Information

Shipping charges will populate at checkout, based on the destination and order value of your purchase. Within Canada and to the USA, we offer free shipping on orders of $150 (CDN) or more, before taxes, and charge a handling fee of $19.99 for orders below $150. We also offer free local delivery within the Calgary City limits.

In stock items will typically ship from Calgary, Alberta within 2-3 business days of your initial order transaction. In Stock items will have no additional lead time listed in the product description. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for transit time by the carrier to your shipping address. A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation. Maude Kids Decor is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays.

Special Order items will ship within the quoted lead time. Special Order items will have a lead time outlined in the product description. Lead times are estimates only, as provided by our suppliers. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for transit time by the carrier to your shipping address. A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation. Maude Kids Decor is not responsible for manufacturer delays, or carrier-related shipping delays.

Shipping within Canada

We offer FREE tracked shipping within Canada for orders of $150 (CAD), or more, before taxes, and taxes are charged based on your provincial tax rate. For orders less than $150, a handling fee of $19.99 will be charged.

Shipping to the USA

We offer FREE tracked Shipping to the USA for orders over $150 (CAD). For orders less than $150, a handling fee of $19.99 will be charged. We do not charge sales tax to international purchasers, although they may be liable to import duties on some items. The buyer is responsible for paying taxes and duties upon delivery of item(s).

Please note that we do not ship large furniture items outside of Canada, this includes Oeuf NYC, Kalon Studios, Charlie Crane and Caitlin Wilson.

Shipping Internationally (Outside Canada and USA)

Items needing to be shipped internationally do not qualify for free shipping and will need to be separately quoted dependent on location. Please email us at hello@maudekids.com to obtain an international shipping quote prior to placing an order as shipping is not included and is extra depending on location. We do not charge sales tax to international purchasers, although they may be liable to import duties on some items. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties to their country.
