Why do you carry so many Scandinavian products?

Besides being gorgeous, the products we carry are solid, well-made and neutral in that they can work in many types of rooms no matter what the design theme is.

California Coastal/Boho:

neutral light wood furniture works as an excellent base for adding vibrant colours

Mid Century Modern:

a gorgeous walnut crib and dresser set will pop against neutral walls and flooring

What are your furniture lead times?

Oeuf: 1-2 weeks
Charlie Crane: 1-2 weeks

What are your payment terms on furniture orders?

We require full pre-payment for furniture orders.

This includes:

Beds, Cribs, Shelving and Dressers from Oeuf

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following: All major credit cards, Interac Debit, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Sezzle.

Why Have You Paused Shipping to the United States?

Due to recent changes in U.S. regulations, including a shift in the de minimis rule, which allowed imports valued at $800 or less to enter the U.S. from Canada duty-free, and the introduction of very high tariffs based on country of origin, we've had to make the difficult decision to pause shipping to the U.S.

These changes could result in significantly higher costs for our customers — in some cases, additional charges of 35% to 150%, depending on the product. We're taking time to carefully navigate this evolving trade environment to ensure we can provide the best experience without passing on unreasonable costs to you.

How does local pickup work?

We offer local pickup at Suite 101, 1812 4th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta. Here's what you need to know:

• Wait for your Ready for Pickup notification — you'll receive an email or notification once your order is ready. Orders are typically prepared within 24 hours. Please do not come to the store before receiving this confirmation.
• Bring your order number (from your confirmation email or account) and a photo ID if requested.
• Collect at Suite 101, 1812 4th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta.
• If you're delayed or need to make other arrangements, please contact us in advance so we can hold your order.
• Pickups must be made during posted store hours — we're unable to release orders outside of these times.
