The sizes at Maileg can be a bit confusing in the beginning as there are multiple sizes that just differ in a few centimeters but make the whole Maileg universe complete. Since you are shopping online on our website it can be hard to see the differences and what they match best with, so we have organized our collection in a way to assist you in making your selections. Mice

The Maileg mice family has three generations and different themes. The baby mice are the tiniest and come as sleepy wakey mice, twins or triplets, followed by the Little brothers and sisters, then the Big brothers and sisters, and finally the parents and grandparents, who share the same size. All of these mice fit perfectly into the Mouse Hole Farmhouse and the Mouse Furniture. Baby mice also fit beautifully in the MY-sized furniture. There are also a few larger mice in Medium and Maxi sizes. These are too big for the Mouse Hole Farmhouse, but they make a perfect cuddle companion for children of all ages. The new SuitCasa is designed to fit the Little brother and sister mice, so is a slightly smaller scale than the Mouse Hole Farmhouse.

Bunnies + Rabbits

With the bunnies and rabbits, the MY and Micro sizes are the smallest, and the larger bunnies and rabbits range from sizes 1 to 5. You can tell them apart by their ears - bunnies have ears that hang down, while rabbits have ears that stand up. Unlike the mice, their sizes are not based on family relations but are simply numbered. Bunnies and rabbits in MY, Micro, Size 1 and Size 2 fit perfectly in the House of Miniature. Size 1 and 2 are designed to pair with Miniature-sized furniture, while MY and Micro have their own specially sized furniture. Bunnies and rabbits in Size 3, 4 and 5 are wonderful companions for both playtime and cuddles.

Maileg Furniture Size Guide

The Maileg furniture range has two general sizes, tailor made for the Mice and the bunnies + rabbits (Miniature). There are some specific furniture items for the MY size, which fit the MY rabbits as well as the baby mice. The Micro furniture fits the Micro bunnies and rabbits, and the Miniature furniture is ideal for the Size 1 and Size 2 bunnies and rabbits.
