Emily Winfield Martin (The Black Apple) does amazing paintings, and we're excited to have a few of them as prints.
She says about this portrait, “I couldn't stop thinking about two things when I was working on these two paintings:
1.) Simple disguise accessories like small masks, headbands, etc.
2.) Oil Portraits of the 50's and 60's (I think this helped inform the limited colour palette).”
Expertly printed with an 11-ink fade-resistant colour process on a smooth, enhanced archival matte paper creating rich blacks and vibrant colours by the Land Gallery in Portland, Oregon.
